Each of our candles is hand-poured with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our small-batch process, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged due to shipping or you have any concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We would love the opportunity to make it right.

Allow your candle to burn up to 2-3 hours on the first use to allow for an even melt pool. It is not uncommon to have wax on the edges and a few imperfections on the surface of the candle once the wax has settled after the first burn. This is normal for candles made with 100% soy wax. This does not affect the scent of the candle.
Trim the wick 1/4" (1/8" for wood wicks before lighting on each use. This will allow for a clean burn.
Do not burn your candles for longer than 3 hours (2 hours for 4 oz candles), and keep away from flammable objects and drafts.
Do not move the candle after lighting it. If you must move it, carefully hold only the part of the vessel where the wax has not melted to avoid touching the heated glass.
Candles are for indoor use- outdoor use can cause the wax to shrink, bubble or turn yellow.
Do not continue to light the candle once there is a remaining 1/2" wax at the bottom.

Yes! We absolutely do offer custom candles and labels for all occasions, events, businesses etc.

Examples of custom candles: wedding favors, salons, retail, birthdays, party favors, restaurants etc.

Soy wax: Custom candles are made using the same 100% soy wax.
Fragrances: The fragrance is totally up to your personal preference. Provide us with details on your preferred fragrance and we will work together to create the perfect scent.
Labels: Labels are entirely customizable. Please note, we are only able to create black/white labels at this time.
Candle vessels: You will receive a gallery of different candle vessels/colors to choose from.
Prices for custom wholesale orders: (min 20 candles, max 50 candles for 12oz, max 100 candles for 8oz)
12oz = $17/per candle
8oz = $13/per candle
For custom orders less than 20, it is the full price of the candle, plus an additional $2 charge per custom candle.

Please allow a minimum of 3–4 weeks for production, depending on order quantity. Each of our candles is hand-crafted and hand-poured for quality assurance. Smaller orders may be completed sooner, while larger orders may require additional time.
